Late model vehicles have a built in throttle lag, the TSB is designed to eliminate this so you can accelerate as soon as you touch the pedal.
The optional push button switch gives you a few different modes, 50% boost, 75% boost, 100% boost and 400% boost (aka ludicrous mode). It also has a valet mode which allows the vehicle to stay at 50% boost.
