Core Returns Policy

The goal of Northwest Diesel is to have you refunded for your core charge as quickly as possible. We can only achieve this goal with your help.

If your core is received on time and accepted by the manufacturer a credit in the amount of the full core charge will be added to your account immediately, or a refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase within 5 - 10 business days.

Cores received 30 - 60 days late, if accepted by the manufacturer will receive a credit or refund less a late fee of 20%. Cores received more then 60 days late, if accepted by the manufacturer, may receive a store credit only less a 25% late fee.

To return your product core you must fill out our RETURN FORM 

Northwest Diesel will email you an RMA number and detailed shipping instructions. DO NOT ship before receiving these instructions. In most cases, we will have you return the core directly to the manufacturer. If you ship the item to an incorrect address the cost of shipping your core to the correct location will be deducted from your core charge.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges of the core back to the manufacturer. We recommend you use a service that provides a tracking number and insurance to ensure the core arrives at the manufacturer.

Before shipping please drain all fluids, if any, from the core. Core refunds are not guaranteed. Cores that have been disassembled and that have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive a core credit. Cores must be of the exact same part and model number. Cores from junk / salvage yards, will not be accepted.

The manufacturer will inspect your core and make core credits based on their findings. If a core is not buildable your credit may be adjusted or denied. Northwest Diesel is not responsible for delayed credits or lost / damaged cores.
