Core Returns

New Returns
New returns are defined as product(s) that are purchased from Northwest Diesel within the previous 30 days that are received by us in undamaged and sell-able condition.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless prior arrangements are made.
- Items must be returned in new / original packaging
- Credit will be issued after the product has been received, inspected, and found to be in new condition.
- Returns are subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee by Northwest Diesel. Additional fees may be incurred by the manufacturer on non-stocking items.
We will NOT accept the return if:
- Product has been damaged
- Product was installed, or you attempted to install it
- Wheels and tires which have been mounted
- Tuners, scan tools, and anything requiring a software install will not be accepted once installed on a computer
- If item is returned without original packaging or missing parts, missing manuals.
DO NOT ship your item until you have completed our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form and received shipping instructions from Northwest Diesel.

Warranty Returns
Any product that carriers a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through the manufacturer.
Purchased products are available for warranty and not return credit. Labor time will not be paid by Northwest Diesel and manufacturers will only pay labor if it is explicitly stated in the manufacturers warranty.
Installed components which have failed, including but not limited to; turbos, injectors, injection pumps, etc. must be removed and shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection before replacement.
Northwest Diesel is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping.
